Holistic Branding & Website Design
Strongly Nourished by Sandra is a holistic nutrition and fitness coaching brand dedicated to helping busy women feel strong, balanced, and confident.
For this project, we developed a strategic brand identity rooted in her Four Pillars of Health — nutrition, supplementation, movement, and lifestyle. The visual direction blends softness and strength through refined typography, calming neutrals, and elegant curves to reflect her supportive yet structured approach.
We then designed and built a custom, SEO-optimized website that positions Sandra as both a Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. The result is a clean, high-converting digital home that builds trust, communicates clarity, and guides women toward sustainable wellness.
